As an Italian I love a da pasta and bread and my belly showed it amply. So there lies the paradox of eating what tastes good and what is good for you. So I started looking into this paleo lifestyle and found it to make sense and decided to try it. I did get results and do feel better (less lethargic). So this lead me to exploring recipes and supplements and most things healthy. And all that good stuff that I have found I am putting on this website. I do suffer from inflammation from various injuries over the years that has come back to remind me of the good times. I have and will continue to investigate foods that contribute to inflammation and have written about it in this article, Guide to an Anti-Inflammatory Diet.
